I've tried several times to install a program, however, I always get a pop-up error "This application has failed to start because shellbrd.dll was not found." I've tried to figure it out on my own. It didn't work! One problem is I'm not sure if I have done the right thing to fix this error. I need professioncal suggestions. Many Thanks. Hello, the answer is definitely yes. I need to install a software on my PC, but I always encounter the message "This application has failed to start because OpenCL64.dll was not found."
